Warner Bros. Games and DC present a story trailer for Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League. The game is a cross-genre action-adventure shooter developed by Rocksteady Studios, the creators behind the critically acclaimed Batman: Arkham series.

The new story trailer, which first aired during the DC FanDome, sheds some light on the origins of Amanda Waller’s infamous Task Force X (aka the “Suicide Squad”). Harley Quinn, Deadshot, Captain Boomerang and King Shark reluctantly embark on their mission to take down the world’s greatest DC superheroes: The Justice League.
With a completely new story and a large open game world in Metropolis, Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League will put four DC super villains on a collision course with an invading alien army and the DC superheroes who have now decided to destroy the city, which they once swore to protect. Meanwhile, the squad must always be wary of the deadly explosive charges that have been placed in their heads and that can be blown up at the first sign of disobedience.
Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League will be available worldwide on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X | S and PC in 2022.
